Just to Summarize here 🖼️

Painpoints 😔

  • Multiple People Using this Co-Working Space had Painpoint of Not having a centralized Application that can avoid Double Bookings of Meeting Rooms or Unorganized/Non Systematic way of Occupying Booking Rooms
  • This lead to Overlap, Delays and No Provision to book meeting rooms in advance with preferred Amenities, thereby creating a Bad Experience at the workspace.

Proposed Solution 💡

Formulated a Solution that can Mitigate the Hurdles and Integrate the Whole Ecosystem thereby Simplifying and Digitalizing whole process of Booking a Meeting Room

Outcomes 📈

  • The proposed Solution can now help users to Plan & Book Meeting rooms in Advance without any hassle based on their Preference on Amenities. (Video Conference and Seaters).
  • Centralized Approach — Which makes Operations within the Ecosystem to be more Systematic.
  • Less Manual Efforts Avoid Last Minute Chaos Searching for a Meeting Room.
  • Finally, Improved User Experience
